Reducing Anxiety


Scott started working with me a few years ago for anxiety.  The sessions help me relax and Scott taught me the things I can do to ease the tension.  I like that Scott really listens and he understands that panic attacks are real and not “just in my head.”  As I continued my sessions, Scott helped me learn things that work for me to manage stressful situations.  Now, every couple of months, I like to go in and refresh myself.  I successfully used Scott’s techniques when I took my driver’s test.

From a young age Molly was having issues with panic attacks, especially at school and activities.  It was at one of these extra curricular activities that Scott noticed her nervousness.  He asked me if she was okay and if I ever heard about energy balancing.  Scott talked with Molly and I about healing touch and what it does, and offered to have an impromptu session away from the crowd.  When the session was done I could see that she was more relaxed and confident enough to rejoin the rest of the group.  Since then our whole family have become customers.  Scott’s therapies are a great way to unwind but what I’m most impressed with is the healthy coping methods, for stress, that Molly has learned from Scott!
